About Feven

Feven Alemu advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, health care, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Smith Gambrell & Russell as an Associate, Feven was a summer associate with the firm. She is an Atlanta native, and earned her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law, where she served on the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review as an Executive Managing Editor. While in law school, she participated in the Health Law Certificate Program and served as Annual Scholarship & Awards Reception Chair for the Black Law Students Association. Feven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Global Health from Duke University.
