Ms. Sebastian has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. She has represented both publicly and privately held companies and has worked with companies in a wide range of industries, including construction, heavy metals manufacturing and technology.

Some of Ms. Sebastian’s accomplishments include:

• The acquisition of assets from the The SmartPill Corporation. In addition to the assets, the acquisition includes payments based on sales of The SmartPill® between 2013 and 2016
• The acquisition of TAMCO for $165 million in cash from Ameron International, Tokyo Steel and Mitsui & Co (U.S.A.)
• Closed on a deal for Gerdau Ameristeel involving the acquisition of a controlling interest in a newly formed joint venture with Pacific Coast Steel, Inc. and Bay Area Reinforcing
• Advised Principal Senior Living Group and several of its affiliates in the sale of eight assisted and independent living communities for the purchase price of $113 million
• Represented National Distributing Company, Inc. in its reorganization and combination with Republic Beverage Company

Ms. Sebastian received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Hope College where she was a presidential scholar. She received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Tennessee Law Review. Ms. Sebastian is admitted to practice in Georgia.
