Mr. Duffy represents domestic and international clients in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, private equity and venture capital financing and general corporate representation.

Mr. Duffy earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Georgia Law Review as a Managing Board Symposium Editor and a Member of the Editorial Board. While in law school, he worked as a Legal Research Teaching Assistant for Professor Amy Taylor. He also earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, magna cum laude, along with a Legal Certificate from the University of Georgia.
