Scott S. Gallagher

Scott S. Gallagher is an associate in the Jacksonville office of Smith, Gambrell and Russell, LLP.

He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, insurance litigation, creditor’s rights litigation and construction litigation.

Mr. Gallagher received his A.B. in Political Science from Duke University in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Florida in 2000.

Mr. Gallagher is a member of the Florida and Jacksonville Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
