EPA Environmental Appeals Board Rejects Challenge to GHG Permit Limits

Sierra Club challenged as insufficient the permit limits for greenhouse gases (GHGs) imposed by EPA in a permit for a new natural gas-fired power plant issued for the La Paloma Energy Center.
