ATLANTA (January 6, 2020) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to welcome seven attorneys to the firm’s New York office. The attorneys joining SGR include partners Alon Harnoy, Alexander (Sasha) Bau, and Moty Ben Yona, counsel Michael D. Friedman, and associates Danielle Comanducci, Hen Feder, and Daniel Goldstein. The addition of these seven attorneys expands SGR’s already established Israeli, Corporate, Real Estate, and Litigation practices.
Alon Harnoy, a partner in the Corporate Practice, has extensive experience in domestic and international transactions across a range of industries. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities and corporate finance, capital markets, private fund formation, and fund compliance, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
A partner in the Litigation Practice, Sasha Bau represents clients in corporate and finance matters, including commercial real estate investments, contracts, and regulatory compliance and administrative law. He also advises with respect to trademark copyright and licensing, commercial structuring of intellectual property rights, transactions in digital media and electronic distribution, and internet law.
Moty Ben Yona, a partner in the Real Estate Practice, represents clients in a broad range of business and commercial transactions, with a concentration on real estate and corporate transactions, mortgage lending, purchase and sale transactions, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate finance transactions, and general corporate representation.
Counsel in the Corporate Practice, Mike Friedman has extensive experience in complex domestic and international corporate, commercial and real estate transactions. Additionally, he has represented domestic and foreign high net worth individuals and their business ventures in the U.S. and abroad.
Danielle Comanducci is an associate in the Real Estate Practice. Her practice focuses on real estate, domestic and international intellectual property law, Not-For-Profit organizations, as well as general corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
As an associate in SGR’s Corporate Practice, Hen Feder is focused in general corporate and commercial matters. His practice is particularly concentrated within the mergers and acquisitions area of corporate law.
Daniel Goldstein, an associate in the Litigation Practice, focuses his practice on complex commercial, employment, corporate and intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration forums.
