He additionally practices in insurance coverage litigation, including litigating bad faith claims, reinsurance disputes, and agent/broker malfeasance claims. Joshua Gostel is an Associate in SGR’s Jacksonville Litigation Practice. His practice focuses in the areas of business litigation, medical and professional liability defense, construction dispute resolution, employment and labor disputes, and insurance defense. Mr. Gostel is devoted to pro bono service and is a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee. He also serves as a Leader of the Litigation Subcommittee for the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance – Policing Working Group and provides pro bono legal services to tenants in landlord/tenant disputes with the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.
