Ed Pennington is a partner in SGR’s Washington, D.C. IP Practice. With an educational background in both physics and economics, his practice focuses in patent litigation in matters that have spanned virtually every technical field. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Pennington has litigated a variety of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and contract trials and settlements.

Scott Woldow is a partner in the IP Practice, leader of the Trademark Practice Group, and managing director of SGR’s Washington, D.C. office.
