Giny has been with Linx for over 15 years and has over 20 years of experience investing in and advising private middle-market companies. Before joining Linx, she worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Financial Sponsors Coverage Group of Robert W. Baird’s Investment Banking Division. Giny also previously worked at Orix Financial Services and American National Bank.
Darrell has been involved in mergers and acquisitions for more than 30 years, participating in more than 200 transaction assignments ranging in value up to $750 million. As immediate past chairman of an international network of investment banks, he travels extensively and leads the firm’s cross border transactional efforts.
Rett’s practice focuses on helping clients with mergers and acquisitions. He helps clients to buy, sell, form and fund businesses. He has successfully represented clients in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, professional services, health care and technology. Rett serves as co-head of the firm’s M&A practice and has a strong interest in middle-market deal-making. He sits on the Association for Corporate Growth’s Committee for M&A South, the largest middle-market focused M&A event in the Southeast.
Collins works primarily with business owners, executives and families on complex estate planning, tax and corporate matters. His practice focuses on assisting clients on the design and implementation of sophisticated wealth transfer planning matters, the administration of trusts and estates, and related estate, gift, GST and income tax issues. Collins also regularly represents clients in all stages of buying or selling a business and has significant experience in guiding middle-market clients through mergers and acquisitions transactions.
