Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians in the U.S.

Effective immediately, certain Haitians in the US may now be granted legal status and authorization of employment through the Temporary Protected Status (TPS)program. The Dept of Homeland Security just designated Temporary Protected Status for eligible nationals of Haiti.

Even if you are not Haitian, you may know someone who may qualify. Please pass it on as well as our availability to provide legal services in this regard.

The Department of Homeland Security has also stopped all removals to Haiti for the time being in response to the devastation caused by earthquake.
