SGR has a job opportunity for a Business Immigration Paralegal in the Immigration Practice of the Atlanta office. We are a highly collaborative group. Our attorneys, paralegals, and staff work closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications. We offer highly competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will work as part of our Business Immigration Team to prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including but not limited to H-1Bs, E-1/E-2s, L-1s, TNs, PERMs, Immigrant Preference Petitions, and Adjustment of Status Applications.


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of business immigration experience including PERM labor certification applications
  • Experience in a case management software (Immigration Tracker a plus)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills
