Oliver focuses his practice in aviation finance and leasing based in the firm’s London office. Before joining SGR, Oliver completed his training contract at a renowned transport firm in the city with a focus on finance. In 2019, Oliver received his B.A. from Josephine Butler College, Durham University and his Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University in 2021.
Mr. O’Driscoll is a UK qualified transaction lawyer specializing in the advising of aircraft leasing companies, airlines and aviation industry participants on all aspects of the buying, selling, leasing and financing of commercial, corporate and private aircraft in a wide range of jurisdictions. Mr. O’Driscoll joined SGR in 2020 having previously worked in the banking team of a national English law firm.
Obiananma (Nanma) Okeani is an Associate in the Litigation Department of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. Mr. Parker has experience managing $100 million in projects as a project engineer, owner’s representative, and assistant project manager at construction firms in the southeast. These projects included athletic, education, industrial, and multifamily facilities. Mr. Parker previously served as a summer associate for the Firm. Mr. Parker holds a J.D. from Samford University, where he served as Editor in Chief of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, and was a member of the Air and Space Law Society. Ms. Plunkett has practiced in SGR’s Public Finance group since 2020. Her practice focuses on traditional government finance and economic development, including local government financial incentives and tax reduction bonds (bonds for title). Ms. Plunkett represents domestic and international clients, serving as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, and corporate trustee’s counsel in public finance transactions.
