Svetlana Zagorina

Svetlana Zagorina focuses on the areas of estate and tax planning and trust and estate administration. She appreciates both the practicality and complexity of trusts and estates and tax law and how important a role these particular fields of law play in mapping out the financial course of a person’s life.  Her practice includes advising clients on a wide range of planning strategies and solutions to address complex family dynamics, multi-jurisdictional assets, and tax efficient intergenerational wealth transfers. She represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in various trust and estate administration matters, including complex fiduciary accountings, estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns, federal estate tax audits, and estate litigation. Svetlana also works closely with the firm’s Cooperative and Condominium Practice on transactions involving trusts and estates.
