About Thomas

Thomas has substantial experience in representing the various interests of developers of all types of real estate developments. Thomas also handles the negotiation of leases for both landlords and tenants involving industrial, commercial, and office projects. Another area of focused experience is the renewable energy industry, for which Thomas has handled real estate transactions and negotiations across the country, including land acquisition, leases, rights of way, and lending and finance agreements.

In 2006, Thomas represented the landlord in negotiations for the leasing by a Fortune 200 Company of what was, at that time, the largest speculative industrial warehouse space deal in the Metropolitan Atlanta area (approximately 1,300,000 sq. ft.).

When he is not working on acquisitions, sales, or leases on behalf of his clients, Thomas enjoys travel, golf, and seeing live music.
