    Ms. McAneny has over 20 years of experience working at various large law firms in the Atlanta area. She practices commercial litigation, with experience in bankruptcy litigation and consumer litigation.

    In her previous roles, Ms. McAneny defended a Fortune 100 credit card company nationally in bankruptcy litigation. She also defended one of the largest shipment and logistics companies in the world against claims involving the Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce Act, and defended a credit reporting agency against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

    Ms. McAneny received her JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech, where she graduated magna cum laude.

  • Representative Experience

    • Represented a Fortune 100 credit card company nationally in litigation arising out of bankruptcy cases.
    • Represented one of the three major credit reporting agencies in consumer litigation in federal courts.
    • Managed litigation concerning parcel claims in numerous states for an international parcel delivery company.
    • Handled discovery functions in products liability litigation including coordination of document production and preparation of privilege logs, and assisted in revising records retention policy for a large corporation.
