Ms. Greenberg’s practice focuses on serving the diverse needs of clients in commercial litigation, appellate, and employment-related matters. Ms. Greenberg provides guidance on compliance issues and dispute avoidance and represents clients in state and federal courts when litigation becomes necessary, as well as through alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration and mediation.
Ms. Greenberg has represented clients in a wide range of appellate matters in the federal courts of appeals and state appellate courts. She has briefed and argued appellate cases spanning many substantive areas, including constitutional law, administrative law, arbitration, class actions, labor and employment, trusts and estates, and tax as well as various statutory questions. She has also leveraged her appellate experience to embed with trial teams to develop and execute pretrial strategy, build credible evidence, and begin positioning for an appeal while the trial is underway by preserving evidence and proactively looking for narrowly focused issues at trial that will help protect a hard-fought victory or overturn an unfavorable outcome.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, Ms. Greenberg received her B.B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics with a minor in Philosophy and a Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership from the University of Georgia. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law where she served as Lead Editor for the Duke Forum for Law and Social Change and for the Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy.

- Representing a County in an appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court involving a large class action by taxpayers challenging methods of property assessment for tax purposes.
- Representing a treatment facility in an appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court involving a data breach class action.
- Appeal of a medical malpractice case to the Georgia Supreme Court involving pleading issues and the statute of limitations.
- Appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court regarding $15 billion taxable revenue bonds in connection with the proposed development and construction of an electric vehicle manufacturing facility.
- Appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals involving a breach of contract claim against an Airport Authority regarding commercial passenger service.
- Representing hospital in appeal to the Georgia Court of Appeals involving claims of hostile work environment, retaliation, and discrimination.
- Served as embedded appellate counsel for College in case involving premises liability, negligent security, and apportionment.
- Representing an insurance company in an appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court involving statutory interpretation and joinder issues.
- Representing a college in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in a case involving enforcement of arbitration agreement.
- Appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court involving personal injury action arising from automobile accident.
- Appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court regarding interpretation of Georgia’s trust and estate laws.
- Served as embedded appellate counsel for Apartment and Real Estate Group in case involving premises liability.
- Representing a technology company in an appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals involving bar applicants’ allegations of grading errors, economic loss rule, and defamation.
- Representing an insurance company in appeals to the District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District regarding interpretation of insurance policy.
- Served as embedded appellate counsel in case involving allegations of excessive force by security guard, negligent hiring and supervision.
- Appeal of $45 million verdict in a medical malpractice case involving pleading issues and the statutes of limitations and repose.
- Ongoing appellate counsel for a large insurance company on a number of their appeals in the Southeastern United States.
