As a member of the Atlanta Corporate Practice, Mr. Delashmit represents domestic and international clients in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. Before joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell as an Associate, Mr. Delashmit served as a Summer Associate with the Firm.

Mr. Delashmit earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Delashmit served as a Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Walter W. Davis and the Honorable Bill G. Hamrick, Judges of the Georgia State-wide Business Court, and as a corporate counsel extern for both Piedmont Athens Regional and the American Cancer Society. He served as co-vice president of the Business Law Society. In 2020, Mr. Delashmit earned his B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia as a First Honor Graduate.
