Mr. Dodd practices in the area of general business law and commercial real estate law, including real estate acquisitions, sales and development, real estate finance, commercial leasing, condominium law, title insurance, mortgage foreclosures and workouts, homeowners associations and contracts.
Mr. Dodd received his B.A. in Political Science and Classical Studies, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2007. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law in 2010, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a member of the Dean’s List and the recipient of several book awards.
Mr. Dodd is admitted to practice in Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
