Counsel Jeffery Cross Featured by Legal Dive: DOJ retains Android divestiture as plan B in Google antitrust remedy

November 21, 2024 – Legal Dive recently interviewed Jeffery Cross on the DOJ’s proposal to address Google’s antitrust violations, which includes requiring the tech giant to divest its Chrome browser, license search and ad data to rivals, and end exclusive agreements with device makers.
