Danielle Comanducci is Counsel in the Corporate, Intellectual Property and Real Estate Law practices of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
In her corporate practice, Danielle Comanducci acts in an outside general counsel capacity and advises domestic and international clients on a multitude of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, loan transactions, internal governance issues, and not for profit tax exemption.
She also advises clients in connection with domestic and international intellectual property issues. Her practice encompasses trademark and copyright prosecution, registration, enforcement, and licensing, as well as the commercial structuring of intellectual property rights, digital media and electronic distribution transactions, and internet law. She regularly represents clients in trademark and copyright infringement matters and related disputes.
In addition, Ms. Comanducci also has extensive experience in the field of real estate. She routinely represents domestic and international clients, including real estate investors, developers, and lenders, in a wide variety of real estate matters, including in the acquisition, sale, and financing of residential and commercial real estate and the legal issues associated with such transactions.
Danielle received a License in Law from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis Law School in Nice, France and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in New York. Prior to joining Smith Gambrell & Russell LLP, Danielle was an Associate at an international boutique law firm based in midtown Manhattan with top-ranked practices in corporate, litigation, real estate and high-tech.
