Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Fox served in various senior-level legal and advisory positions, including on behalf of Goldman Sachs, as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of GreenSky, Inc., a publicly-held financial technology company, and as a founding partner of the Atlanta law firm of Rogers & Hardin LLP, where he counseled publicly and privately-held businesses, boards of directors and board committees, private equity funds and financial advisors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

Mr. Fox is a former Chairman of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. His professional recognition includes his selection as “2016 Atlanta Lawyer of the Year” (Mergers & Acquisitions) by The Best Lawyers in America®, his prior selection as one of the top 100 lawyers in Georgia by Atlanta Magazine, and his prior inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America®, Georgia Super Lawyers, The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers and Georgia Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite.

Mr. Fox has spoken and written extensively on matters of corporate law and corporate governance and has served on the boards of various public and private companies and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Fox graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics and earned his J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School.
