Thomas A. Spillman

Thomas A. Spillman is a partner in the Real Estate Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Mr. Spillman has substantial experience in representing the various interests of developers of all types of real estate developments. In addition, Mr. Spillman specializes in the negotiation of leases for both landlords and tenants involving industrial, commercial and office projects. In 2006, Mr. Spillman represented the Landlord in negotiations for the leasing by a Fortune 200 Company of what was, at that time, the largest speculative industrial warehouse space deal in the Metropolitan Atlanta area (approximately 1,300,000 sq.ft.).

Mr. Spillman received his B.A. degree in political science and economics from the University of North Carolina in 1984. He earned his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University in 1988.

Mr. Spillman is admitted to the Georgia Bar.
