As the director of attorney professional development & integration, Meredith works closely with firm leadership to design and implement innovative programs and policies to attract, develop, engage, and retain legal talent. She is responsible for attorney training and professional development initiatives, including attorney orientation, integration, continuing legal education, mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

Prior to SGR, Meredith led the professional development team at a national firm focused on labor and employment.  Before transitioning to professional development, Meredith spent more than a decade in legal recruiting.

Meredith is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), the Professional Development Consortium (PDC), and she is certified in Mental Health First Aid.

Meredith earned her J.D. from Samford University and her B.A., cum laude, from the College of Charleston.
