Steve O’Day, Jessica Lee Reece and Josie Nackers recently published an article in the prestigious Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Their article, “Wars Between the States in the 21st Century: Water Law in an Era of Scarcity,” appears in volume 10, issue 2. The article discusses water law in the Eastern United States, including the history of the so-called Water Wars litigation among Georgia, Alabama, Florida and others.
