Smith, Gambrell & Russell Welcomes Partner Linda Koffman, Growing the Firm’s Real Estate Practice

ATLANTA (December 8, 2020) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the addition of Linda S. Koffman to the firm’s Real Estate Practice in Los Angeles. She joins SGR from Gipson Hoffman & Pancione where she was a member of the Real Estate Practice. With extensive experience in real estate law, Ms. Koffman grows SGR’s Real Estate Practice.

As a Partner in SGR’s Los Angeles Real Estate Practice, Ms. Koffman concentrates in structuring, documenting and closing a variety of complex real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and real estate secured financing for all major commercial asset types. She has represented private opportunity funds, pension funds, pension fund advisors, real estate owners, insurance companies, developers, institutional investors, lenders and asset management companies in transactions throughout the United States. Ms. Koffman also has significant experience with the telecommunications industry.

Ms. Koffman earned her law degree from Hastings College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She is active in her community and the legal and real estate industries. Ms. Koffman is currently a Fellow with the American College of Attorneys (ACMA) and on the Board of the Directors for the Jewish Partisan Educational Foundation.
