Smith, Gambrell & Russell Represents Client WIKA Group in Investment in Phase IV Engineering

ATLANTA (October 22, 2020) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the firm served as legal counsel to WIKA Group, a leader in measurement technology and lean manufacturing, in its majority investment into Phase IV Engineering, Inc., an innovator in wireless sensor design.

The investment partnership integrates WIKA’s best-in-class measurement technologies with Phase IV Engineering’s cutting-edge Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems which will meet the rapidly growing industry demand.
