Mr. Monacell is the head of SGR’s Bond and Public Law Practice, where he handles high-profile matters for government, nonprofit and for-profit entities involving bonds, public law, public finance and project finance. Mr. Monacell has written extensively and is a frequent lecturer on the subjects of public law and finance and economic development. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
