Mr. Kilgour is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Groups. He represents reinsurers in high-stakes, complex claims and navigates non-standard coverage disputes and market challenges. Over his impressive 25-year career, Mr. Kilgour has litigated and arbitrated numerous high-profile market disputes – many involving tens and hundreds of millions of pounds. His cases often have an international element involving global reinsurance markets.
