ATLANTA (May 18, 2023) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the Firm served as legal counsel to TX Logistik AG, a major German rolling stock operator, in its acquisition of up to 65 locomotives from rail vehicle manufacturer Siemens Mobility.
