Patent Protection Breakfast Briefing

ATLANTA (May 9, 2007) — Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP is hosting a late breaking news breakfast briefing, Patent Protection: Redefining the Obvious, on Thursday, May 24. SGR attorney Dale Lischer will be discussing the April 30 Supreme Court decision that rejected the standard used by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in all patent cases to decide whether an invention meets the statutory test of non-obviousness.
