Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) today was named to the list of top patent firms in the nation by Intellectual Property Today Magazine.

SGR was the top-ranked Georgia-based firm on the prominent list of intellectual property advisory firms. SGR filed 349 patent applications in 2003 and received a ranking in the top 25th percentile. The annual survey includes information on 373 patent firms, nationwide and rankings are based upon number of patents filed with the United States Patent Office in 2003.

SGR is home to more than 30 intellectual property attorneys located in three regional offices.
