ATLANTA (September 1, 2007) — Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP has added partner Laura Miller Andrew to its Jacksonville Labor and Employment Group. Ms. Andrew specializes in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits. Ms. Andrew’s addition expands the already flourishing Jacksonville Labor and Employment Group. Ms. Andrew joined SGR from another Atlanta area law firm. She will be working from SGR’s Atlanta office until October 1, when she will move to the Firm’s Jacksonville office.

Ms. Miller specializes in all aspects of employee benefits including qualified and nonqualified plans, IRS and DOL compliance matters, merger and acquisition issues, executive compensation and employee agreements. She concentrates her practice in health and welfare plan matters. She received her B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Mercer University. She received her J.D. degree, with distinction, from Emory University. She is a member of the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations.
