Draft guidelines for Georgia’s Clean Energy Property Rebate Program were released last week. The Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority is seeking public comments on these draft guidelines. All comments may be submitted through the website. Final guidelines and application forms are expected to be released by October 19, 2009
