Implicit Bias: Understanding and Leveraging It in the Courtroom and Beyond

Mar 7, 2018

Diversity

The courtroom brings together a diverse cast of characters: clients, witnesses, judge, jurors, lawyers and others. As in a traditional work setting, each naturally brings to the experience his or her own implicit attitudes and biases about the others. Understanding that dynamic is as much a critical advantage in the courtroom as it is in the boardroom.

Join our panel of expert consultants and experienced practitioners as we discuss recognizing and leveraging implicit bias as an intentional litigation technique.
