SGR advised a publicly held hospital chain in the sale of substantially all the assets and leasehold interest of one of its hospital subsidiaries, to a regional not-for-profit medical center, which assets consisted of a leased acute care hospital and related clinics and home health services in Missouri.  Lead Counsel: Howard E.
