Vickery, Steven

Mr. Vickery’s practice focuses on serving the needs of clients in commercial litigation. He represents clients in contract disputes, business torts, and class actions. He also provides guidance on regulatory compliance. Mr. Vickery earned his undergraduate degree in History, with honors, from the University of Chicago. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the Elliott Cheatham Scholar for his class. Ms. Weatherholtz has extensive experience structuring and closing complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including balance sheet loans, CMBS loans, bridge loans, construction loans, mortgage and mezzanine loans, ranging from $5 million to $925 million, and secured by apartment buildings, self-storage facilities, hotels, offices and industrial portfolios. She advises multinational financial institutions, commercial banks, life insurance companies, and CMBS lenders. Her practice also involves representing real estate developers acquiring land for development, and representing landlords in negotiating leasing transactions.
