Mr. Sullivan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including representation of publicly traded corporations in contract disputes, consumer fraud, and class actions. He has experience drafting substantive pleadings and dispositive motions, refining large-scale discovery, and preparing for trial.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Sullivan served as an Associate at Wilson Elser LLP, where he focused on defending professional liability claims against accountants, attorneys, contractors, realtors, and other clients holding professional licenses. Additionally, he previously served as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Mary Anne Mason (Ret.) of the Illinois Appellate Court.
Outside of work, Mr. Sullivan enjoys playing pick-up basketball, playing for the Firm’s softball team, cinema, and enjoying Chicago’s food scene.
Mr. Sullivan earned his B.A. from the University of Iowa, and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was an Executive Editor of Lead Articles at Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
