Sabrina Smith is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Sabrina represents businesses, fiduciaries, and individuals in complex civil and commercial disputes, guiding matters from inception through resolution. She also has extensive experience routinely serving as outside general counsel for a multitude of clients in the construction and real estate industries.
Sabrina began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, where she tried thirteen cases from jury selection through verdict, gaining substantial courtroom experience early in her practice. Prior to joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, she practiced commercial litigation at a national law firm and later expanded her practice at a local boutique firm, representing clients in a wide range of civil matters, including probate, trust and fiduciary litigation.
An active member of the Jacksonville community, Sabrina serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Legal Counsel; on the Leadership Jacksonville Board of Directors; and as Vice Chair of the Mayor’s Hispanic American Advisory Board. In 2024, she was recognized as a Jacksonville Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree and was recipient of the Florida Bar 36 Under 36 Professionalism Award. Sabrina is also an alumna of the 2025 JAX Chamber Hightower Fellowship, Class IX. She earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and her B.A. in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
