Ms. Duvall represents clients in loan transactions, leasing transactions, and acquisition and disposition transactions throughout the United States. In particular, for the past several years, Ms. Duvall has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of large tracts of timberland located throughout various regions of the United States.

Ms. Duvall joined Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP in 1986 after having practiced with the Atlanta law firms of Somers & Altenbach from 1985 to 1986 and Trauner, King & Cohen from 1982 to 1985.

Ms. Duvall graduated in 1979, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia in 1982. Ms. Duvall is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
