Anna Parks Muecke is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Ms. Muecke practices in the areas of construction law, contract law, and general commercial litigation. Her practice consists of dispute resolution, litigation, and counseling in contracting issues, including the drafting, structuring, and review of construction and other contracts. Prior to joining SGR, Ms. Muecke served as a summer associate with the Firm.
Ms. Muecke earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she was published in the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and served as a member of its Managing Board. She competed as a member of the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court Team and coached the team the following year. Ms. Muecke served two terms as President of the Federalist Society at the University of Georgia School of Law and worked as a judicial intern for Judge William M. Ray, II in the Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Muecke received her B.A. in Political Science and minor in Spanish, summa cum laude, with Honors from the University of Georgia, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.
