Rachel O’Sullivan is an Associate in the Corporate Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP and a member of the Firm’s Global Transport Practice.
Rachel O’Sullivan practices in the firm’s Corporate and Aviation group where she advises clients on matters relating to global transport, aviation finance, and equipment leasing transactions. She brings practical experience supporting complex cross-border transactions and financing arrangements in the aviation and transportation sectors.
Rachel joined Smith, Gambrell & Russell as a Transaction Assistant, where she gained extensive experience working on aviation, transport finance, and equipment leasing matters. During her time in this role, she developed substantial knowledge of the legal and commercial aspects of aircraft financing, leasing structures, and international transactions.
Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in Law (International) from University College Cork in Ireland. During her studies, she participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, where she studied at the master’s level. Rachel is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
