She brings practical experience supporting complex cross-border transactions and financing arrangements in the aviation and transportation sectors.

Rachel joined Smith, Gambrell & Russell as a Transaction Assistant, where she gained extensive experience working on aviation, transport finance, and equipment leasing matters. During her time in this role, she developed substantial knowledge of the legal and commercial aspects of aircraft financing, leasing structures, and international transactions.
