Sophia assists clients with transactional, governance, and commercial matters. Before joining the firm, Sophia gained in-house experience through legal internships with the Atlanta Braves, the University of Georgia Athletic Department, and The Quikrete Companies. Her work included drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, conducting legal research on data privacy and compliance issues, and supporting corporate transactions.

Sophia attended The University of Georgia where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Political Science, she also studied abroad in Florence. She earned her JD and LLM in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law, from the University of Miami School of Law. At UM, Sophia was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship Recipient, a member in the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and participated in the University of Miami Major League Baseball Arbitration Competition.
