Ms. Helton concentrates her practice in business litigation, including trial level and appellate work on behalf of corporate clients in a variety of state and federal commercial matters including antitrust, intellectual property, class action, jurisdictional issues, various tort and contract issues, insurance coverage issues, and various other business- related issues.

In addition, she counsels clients on a variety of issues including international trade regulations, and antitrust compliance policies, including conformance with U.S. antitrust laws at industry meetings.

Ms. Helton earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law graduating with distinction and earned her B.A. from Drake University, graduating cum laude.
