Ms. Daum’s practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, employment and non-compete disputes, and real property litigation. Ms. Daum’s intellectual property practice includes trademark and copyright infringement disputes, trademark policing, and takedown claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Ms. Daum received her B.A. in 2013 from the University of Florida with a major in Political Science and minors in English and Mass Communications. She earned her J.D. degree in 2017 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, Ms. Daum was the Executive Communications Editor of the Florida Law Review, an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, and a summer associate at Smith, Gambrell & Russell. She also served as a board member of the John Marshall Bar Association and was the recipient of several book awards.
Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Ms. Daum is a PADI certified diver and enjoys living at the beach. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys attending Gator football games.
