Mr. Botwinick is experienced in transactional real estate including representing purchasers and sellers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate matters. Mr. Botwinick is also experienced in commercial leasing and refinancing of residential and commercial properties.

In addition, Mr. Botwinick has extensive litigation experience in the fields of general liability, premises liability, construction liability, and professional liability, specifically, claims against attorneys, architects, accountants, appraisers, real estate agents and brokers, title companies, real estate managers, insurance agents and brokers, and directors and officers. He has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of litigation including motion practice, research, court conferences, oral argument, and discovery.

Mr. Botwinick obtained his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Syracuse University and is a devoted fan of the Orange. He received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Richardson Merit Scholar.
