Amanda Attenasio provides transactional real estate services, including representation of purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate matters from contract to closing, as well as issues associated with these transactions, including financing and title matters. Mrs. Attenasio also assists with leasing and refinancing of residential and commercial properties. Mrs. Attenasio also handles the representation of condominiums and cooperative housing corporations as transfer agent and general counsel. Mrs. Attenasio received her Juris Doctor Law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law. She graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Mrs. Attenasio is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York. Mrs. Attenasio is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, and the National Organization of Italian American Women.
