Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP Welcomes Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate Adam Snyder to Atlanta Office

ATLANTA (August 11, 2025) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Adam Snyder as an associate in the Firm’s Atlanta office.

Mr. Snyder joins the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice, where he focuses on advising employers and executives on a wide range of employee benefits and compensation matters. His practice includes supporting complex corporate transactions and assisting with benefits plan compliance. He is experienced with preparing equity incentive plans and awards, separation and retention agreements, and change of control arrangements. He also provides ongoing support for equity compensation matters, such as determining fair market values, repricing options, and preparing performance-based vesting structures.

Prior to joining Smith Gambrell, Mr. Snyder worked in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group of Fisher & Phillips LLP. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Smith Gambrell’s Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation, and ERISA Litigation Practice assist clients in every aspect of employee benefits and executive compensation, including day-to-day consulting via telephone and e-mail; designing benefit plans and policies and drafting plan documents; assisting with all aspects of plan operations and corrections; providing training to fiduciary committees and benefit teams; performing vendor searches; and helping clients resolve conflicts through negotiations, claims procedures and litigation.
