Anastasia’s practice focuses on all aspects of aviation transactions, including advising banks, equity investors and leasing companies on various financing, acquisition and leasing matters. Anastasia has acted in large portfolio as well as corporate jets and equipment specific transactions.

Prior to joining SGR, Anastasia worked as an asset finance paralegal in the London office of another US law firm. Anastasia earned her undergraduate degree in Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece. She went on to earn a Master’s degree in Politics, Security and Integration, at UCL’s School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies. Anastasia received her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Certificate from BPP Law School in London.
