    Ms. Korman is dedicated to helping clients reach their real estate objectives. Specializing in various facets of real estate law, she offers comprehensive counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing of commercial properties.

    With a broad geographical scope, Ms. Korman handles transactions across the nation, serving a diverse clientele ranging from large institutional investors to small enterprises. Her expertise ensures that each client receives tailored guidance to navigate the complexities of their real estate endeavors.

    Prior to joining SGR, Ms. Korman was an attorney at Ingram LLP. She has also worked as a staff attorney at a well-known real estate investment trust.

  • Representative Experience

    • Represents large institutional commercial and residential property owner/manager in transactions involving purchases of multi-family residential apartment complexes, office buildings and industrial warehouse space throughout the country, financing of such acquisitions through direct loans or assumptions of existing loans (including HUD loans), refinancing of existing properties, leasing of commercial space and disposition of properties.
    • Represented major accounting/consulting firm in leasing matters including leases, subleases, licenses, termination agreements and in the evaluation of leased real property and assumption of such leases as part of asset purchase transactions.
    • Represents various small and mid-size companies and investment firms in leasing matters.
