As a partner in SGR’s Georgia Intellectual Property Practice, Elizabeth Borland focuses her practice on patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation and aids clients in enforcing their intellectual property rights. She also prosecutes trademarks and copyrights for numerous clients and assists in maintaining their intellectual property portfolios.

A partner in the Georgia Intellectual Property Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Dale Lischer’s practice involves all areas of patent law, as well as work in trademark and copyright matters. The focus of his practice is patent litigation and patent prosecution.

Rodgers Lunsford, of counsel in SGR’s Georgia Intellectual Property Practice, has specific expertise in litigating intellectual property disputes. In addition to his domestic litigation practice, he supervises litigation abroad, directs trademark enforcement programs, counsels clients with regard to intellectual property matters, prosecutes applications to register intellectual property, and transfers intellectual property rights and technology.

With an educational background in both physics and economics, Edward Pennington is a partner in the Washington, D.C. Intellectual Property Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell. His practice focuses in patent litigation in matters that have spanned virtually every technical field. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Pennington has litigated a variety of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and contract trials and settlements.
